The nearest train station is Stazione Centrale wich is located 650 m far from the hotel and is close to a range of public transport services.

LAVANDERIA /STIRERIA – LAUNDRY/IRONING SERVICE
L’hotel dispone di servizio lavanderia esterno giornaliero disponibile dal lunedi al sabato (ad eccezione della domenica e festivi).
Gli indumenti consegnati entro le ore 11:00, saranno restituiti entro le 24 ore.
SERVIZIO URGENTE: Riconsegna entro le ore 20:30 per consegna dei capi effettuata entro le ore 9:00. È richiesta una maggiorazione del 50%.

Richieda la busta e il listino alla reception dell’hotel, compili la scheda indicando il numero dei capi e tipologia di servizio richiesta per ciascun capo. La mancata compilazione della scheda non consentirà l’attivarsi della procedura.
Per il ritiro della biancheria si prega contattare il n. 1000.

ALLARME ANTINCENDIO/MALORE – FIRE ALARM
La invitiamo a consultare la mappa collocata all’interno della sua camera per individuare l’uscita di emergenza più vicina alla sua camera.
Tutte le camere e aree comuni sono dotate di un rivelatore di fumo.
Qualora entrasse in funzione l’allarme antincendio, la invitiamo a mantenere la calma e ad osservare le istruzioni di sicurezza.
Qualora l’incendio si generasse nella sua camera o nelle immediate vicinanze, tiri la cordicella SOS del bagno e contatti la reception dell’hotel al n. 1000.
La cordicella del bagno dovrà essere tirata anche in caso di malore.
Abbandoni immediatamente la camera utilizzando le uscite di sicurezza e le scale per raggiungere i PUNTI DI RACCOLTA all’esterno dell’hotel.
In caso di incendio è vietato utilizzare gli ascensori.
Qualora l’incendio ostacolasse l’uscita dalla sua camera, sistemi un asciugamano bagnato al di sotto della porta di ingresso al fine di allontanare il fumo e contatti immediatamente la reception al n. 1000.

Near your room door, you can find the emergency exit plan to consider in case of emergency that show you the nearest exit door.
All guests rooms and public areas are equipped with smoke detector.
In the unilkely event of fire, a fire alarm will sound and lifts should not be used, we ask you to keep calm and follow our instructions.
If the fire is in your room or nearby, contact immediately the reception n. 1000 and please activate the alarm by pulling the special cord while you are in the bathroom.
Exit your room immediately by use the stairs and go to the meeting points located outside the hotel. Never use the elevators in case of a fire.
If you cannot exit your room before the fire is blocking the door, place a wet towel undermeath of the door in order to push the smoke away from you and contact the reception n. 1000.
